Payment and account delivery
Sign in to the RoddySen account that should receive your purchase before paying. For manual UPI, pay the exact amount shown and submit the transaction reference. An admin verifies the bank receipt before credits are added to that account or download access is updated.
Manual UPI delivery requires admin review and is not instant. Payment verification can leave a purchase pending. Check Credits & billing and do not repeat the payment while its status is unresolved. If payment has been taken but delivery is missing, email support with the payment reference.
Music generation and downloads
Generation is a separate action after you have credits. A song request uses the credit cost shown in Create and can queue while the provider is busy. Duration, completion time and creative results are not guaranteed. A failed generation returns reserved credits.
Completed music appears in your Library. Downloads require active Pro access and depend on the formats actually offered by the relevant tool. Keep a copy of files you choose to download.
Shipping, cancellations and help
There are no physical shipments, delivery addresses or shipping charges for RoddySen’s digital service. Read Refunds & Cancellation for unused purchases, failed delivery and recurring renewals. Email support@roddysen.com for help.
