1. Service and eligibility
RoddySen Music AI provides online music creation, editing, storage and sharing tools. These terms apply to your use of the website and its paid features. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement, or acting with valid authority for a business.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use paid features or submit content. Contact support with questions before buying.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been misused. Do not share passwords or payment verification codes.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in audio, lyrics and other material you upload. You must have the permissions needed to upload, process, edit and share that material, including permissions for identifiable voices or performances.
You give RoddySen the limited permission needed to host, process and display your material and to send relevant inputs to the providers needed for a feature you request. Publishing a song authorises its display and playback to other visitors. Unpublishing prevents new public access through RoddySen, but cannot recall copies already obtained or immediately invalidate every temporary playback link.
4. AI outputs and responsible use
AI outputs can contain mistakes, resemble other material, or fail to follow your request. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright protection, commercial suitability or a particular duration or artistic result. Review outputs before using or distributing them.
Paying for downloads does not by itself establish ownership or clear third-party rights. Your use must comply with applicable law and the relevant model/provider terms. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate someone deceptively, upload unlawful material, harass people, distribute malware, or evade account, payment or usage controls.
5. Credits, download access and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Credit packs fund generation and are separate from the ₹899, 30-day Pro download access. Current prices and generation costs are shown in Pricing, Billing and Create.
Manual UPI download access does not renew automatically. You may choose to buy another 30-day period. If recurring subscriptions are offered separately in future, their renewal terms must be shown before you authorise them. Access for an already paid period follows the billing record, unless a payment is refunded, reversed or otherwise invalid.
A manual UPI purchase is delivered after an admin verifies receipt in the bank account and approves the order. A transaction reference, screenshot or payment-app success message alone does not complete delivery. Credits are internal service units, not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except through an eligible refund. 6. Availability and changes
Tools may be unavailable because of provider limits, maintenance or service errors. We may update features and prices for future purchases; the price and credit quantity recorded for an existing order will not be changed retroactively.
We may restrict an account for fraud, security issues or a serious breach of these terms. Any remaining paid-service or refund rights will be handled under applicable law. No continuous availability or earnings are promised.
7. Responsibility and your rights
Use the tools and outputs with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not promise that buying a plan makes content suitable for every purpose.
Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and competent consumer or other legal forums. Contact support first if you need help resolving an issue; doing so does not remove your legal rights.

Contact support@roddysen.com for service or terms questions. Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated where required. Any required consent to a change will be handled separately; a policy update alone is not permission for unrelated data use.
