1. Information used by the service
Account information includes your email, sign-in information and profile details. Creative information includes prompts, lyrics, uploads, generated audio, saved projects, playlists and other material you save.
We also keep service records such as generation status, credit changes, purchase identifiers, payment status, support messages and activity such as likes and listening history. Hosting and service providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, device/browser details and error logs.
2. Why information is processed
We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and edit music, save and play content, operate sharing, maintain balances and access, process payments, answer support requests, and investigate errors, abuse or fraud.
Only send material you have permission to process. Avoid including confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information in prompts, lyrics and support messages.
3. Providers and payment information
The service uses Lovable and Supabase-related infrastructure for hosting, accounts, database and storage. Music-generation inputs are sent to fal.ai and the selected underlying model service; the current music model is Google Lyria 3 Pro. The lyric assistant sends your request and relevant lyric context through Lovable AI Gateway to its configured Google model.
Manual UPI orders store your selected pack, amount, transaction reference, review status and access or credit grant. Authorised admins compare these details with bank receipt records. When enabled, Razorpay processes automatic checkout and sends transaction references and payment status. Do not send payment credentials through RoddySen support. RoddySen does not ask you to give it your card PIN, UPI PIN or OTP.
Providers handle information under their applicable terms and privacy policies, and processing may occur outside your country. We do not promise that every provider has the same retention or AI-training practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security or a legal claim.
4. Public and private content
Your account email is not intended for display on your public profile. Profile information and songs you publish may be visible to other visitors. Unpublished songs are restricted in the app, but service providers and authorised operators may process content to run and support the service.
Public playback uses temporary links. Unpublishing stops new access through the public listing, but existing links or copies may remain usable for a limited time or outside our control. Review sharing settings before publishing personal material.
5. Browser storage and technical services
The app uses browser storage to maintain sign-in and preferences and to keep some creation or editing drafts. Clearing browser data can sign you out or remove unsaved local drafts. Microphone access is requested when you choose to record.
The site also loads web fonts and service resources from external providers, which can receive technical request information. This notice does not claim that every external resource is free of cookies or logging.
6. Retention, deletion and security
Information is kept for operating your account and service, resolving purchases and disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Some records or backups may remain after content or an account is removed. We do not promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup.
Moving a song to Trash is a recoverable deletion, not permanent erasure. Use the available content controls and contact support for account or privacy requests. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every system or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile fields, change song visibility and manage content through the app. Email support@roddysen.com to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance. We may need enough information to verify that a request relates to your account.
Withdrawing permission needed for a feature can prevent that feature from working. Applicable privacy rights remain available; nothing here limits rights that the law gives you. The service is intended for adults, and an adult can contact us if a child’s information has been submitted.
8. Contact and policy changes
For privacy questions or complaints, email support@roddysen.com with the subject Privacy request. Changes to this notice will be dated here, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
